A short list, honestly described.

Most cookie notices are longer than the list of cookies they describe. Ours is not. Nothing optional is set unless you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time.

What a cookie is here

A cookie is a small piece of text your browser stores for a site. We also use local storage, which works the same way from your point of view: data kept in your browser, on your device, that we can read when you come back.

We treat both the same way in this policy, because the distinction matters to engineers and not to you.

What we actually set

Everything this site stores today, in full:

That is the whole list. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no social embed and no third-party script collecting anything about you on this site.

The categories, and what we would use them for

Strictly necessary — keeping you logged in, remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them. They are the only ones in use today.
Preferences — remembering settings you choose. Not in use.
Analytics — understanding which pages people read, so we can improve them. Not in use. If we add it, it will load only after you accept.
Marketing — advertising and cross-site tracking. Not in use, and not something we intend to add.

If any of that changes, this page changes with it and the banner will ask again.

Your choice, and changing it

The banner gives you two options of equal weight: Essential only and Accept all cookies. Nothing is pre-selected, refusing takes exactly one click, and refusing does not limit anything on this site.

To change your mind, use the button at the top of this page or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which resets everything including your demo dashboard session.

Your website, not just ours

This policy covers the Sitehouse site you are reading. The website we build for your business is separate: if it uses a booking system, an embedded map or anything else that sets cookies, it needs its own notice, and we will set one up as part of the build.
