Passwords are case sensitive, so check Caps Lock first, then check for a space picked up from a paste. If it still fails, reset it — the reset link works even when you cannot remember what the old one was.
Your business name or the phone number you gave us is enough to find it. Look it up here and we show you the address with most of it masked, so you can recognise it without it being readable by anyone standing behind you.
Give it two minutes, then check the spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, ask for a new code — the old one stops working the moment a new one is sent, so only the newest code in your inbox is the live one.
Codes also expire on their own after ten minutes. A code you found half an hour later will be refused even though it looks right.
Usually one of two things: the account is under a different address — a personal one rather than the business one, or the other way round — or the sign-up was never finished past the code step. Search by business name to settle which.

You already have an account, which is the good version of this problem. Log in instead, and reset the password if you do not have it. Nothing you paid for is lost.
Almost always a trailing space from a paste, or Caps Lock on for one field and off for the other. Clear both boxes and type it twice by hand.
Six digits, no spaces. If you asked for more than one code, only the last one counts. Ask for a fresh one and use that.
The one your phone number belongs to, not the one you happen to be standing in. Type the country name or the dialling code into the search box and pick it from the list.
Still stuck?
Tell us the business name and roughly when you ordered. A person reads it and answers — usually the same day.
